Vegan fresh fruit posicles

Most store bought popsicles are laden with high-fructose corn syrup, an unhealthy, empty processed sugar that has been blamed for everything from childhood obesity to type II diabetes. So, this summer, make your own or popsicles!
These popsicles are great for the kids on scorching summer days. They are loaded with natural sugars, vitamins and antioxidants if you add fruits like blueberry or pomegranate. They also have fiber from the fruits, which most popsicles lack. Give your kids the energy they need to play all day!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces filtered water
  • 16 ounces organic Orange or organic Apple Juice.
  • 1 teaspoon organic Lemon Juice
  • Honey or your favorite natural sweetener to taste. Agave nectar, etc.
  • Fresh organic fruits cut in extra thin slices.

Stir all ingredients in a bowl.
Place cut up slices of fruit into your molds (you can get some cool ones here from Amazon) then pour mixture into the molds. Freeze.
